As you may be aware, Mark Roberts Motion Control Limited (“the Company”) was placed into liquidation on 22 May 2026, with Lee Manning and James Thompson of S&W LLP appointed as Joint Liquidators.

The Joint Liquidators are pleased to confirm that they have entered into agreed terms for a sale of the entirety of the Company’s business and assets, which remains subject to contract. Completion of this transaction is anticipated to take place before the middle of next week.

The proposed purchaser has indicated its intention to continue the Company’s operations, restore a leading brand within the industry and provide support to its existing customer base and suppliers. This includes plans to honour certain warranties and provide continued support to its customers.

Further information will be provided to customers in due course. In the meantime, any orders and rental commitments confirmed by the Joint Liquidators will continue as planned. A member of the team will have contacted you directly in this regard.
